The First Amendment Lawyers Association is a prominent, nationwide group of First Amendment practitioners. Originally formed in the late 1960s, FALA now boasts more than 180 members. Its membership includes the most prominent First Amendment attorneys in the United States, covering virtually every state.
In addition to FALA, he is also an active member of the Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (FACDL) and the Broward Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (BACDL).
